AC went out Sun night and I called expecting to leave a message to get a call back Mon AM. I got the CB Sun Eve and Tony was here Mon at 8:30AM. Put a new coil in (leaking Freon) under warranty so we only paid for labor. Great service at a fair price. What more can you ask?
Tony fixed a clogged drain line for us. He arrived in only 15 minutes and took the time to ensure that the clog was completely cleared before leaving. He explained what he was doing in detail and showed us how to prevent it from happening again. Excellent quick and complete service. Fair prices as well.

Pro-Star A/C is a professional, well run small a/c business. They have been servicing my unit since the very first problem I had with it after we purchased our new home. Every time we needed service Tony was there within an hour or so to start the problem determination and to begin the process of getting our home cooled again. Tony at Pro Star is the real deal! He’s fast, reliable, and honest. Almost 2 years ago I was getting quotes to REPLACE our A/C—at least 4 different firms gave me quotes. Tony said he could do a repair–he did and it’s worked all along. Today I had to call for a fix, and he got here quickly, diagnosed the problem and the repair is done. Still no need to replace the unit. When I do have to replace it, I know I’ll be calling Pro-Star Air Conditioning Inc.

He is a true professional! I have been in the construction industry for 40 years as a General Contractor and Building Inspector and this experience was outstanding. He is a true professional! He explained my options and discouraged me from purchasing anything unnecessary. e.g. I asked for a new system but an inexpensive repair was all that was necessary. I was treated as if I was family even though I never meet him before. His estimate was the lowest and he was the first to return my call. What else would anyone want or hope for?
Another company was at my house the day prior to perform a routine service call and told me that I needed a new piece for my a/c that would cost $1,700. I thought this was very odd since my system was running fine. I wanted a second opinion and called Pro-Star. Anthony did an inspection/service of the system and found no broken parts. Anthony did a basic service of the system for me before he left and everything has been running fine. I would call him again in the future when I need my next routine service call.

Tony arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He worked for 3 1/2 hours on the worst pipe clog he had ever seen (according to him!), but did not leave until he had fixed it! He did an excellent job and charged us much less than I had expected to pay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Tony went above and beyond our expectations. It was a difficult job due to the placement of our unit but he pulled through and did not leave until everything was running properly. He did not rush one bit. He was great. He deserves a 5 star.
Excellent service!! Tony (tech) was very professional. He went above and beyond to take care of the a/c issue. We have had 2 companies take a look at it before and they both refused to work on it, instead, they asked us to buy a new a/c unit or contact an electrician…This was not the case this morning; Tony went for the challenge and did a great job at a very fair price.
